Williamson County Democratic Party Executive Committee Meeting

Join the WCDP for our monthly Executive Committee meeting! All are invited and encouraged to attend.

WHEN: Thursday, 6/8/17 at 6:00 PM

LOCATION: BACA Center – 301 W Bagdad Ave, Round Rock, TX 78664. We will be in the dining Room!

We have a dinner and social from 6:00 – 6:45 PM that you are invited to attend ($10 suggested donation if you plan to eat).

The meeting will begin at 6:45 PM.

The June meeting marks the 1 year anniversary of John Bucy as our Party Chairman and it represents the halfway point of the two-year team for the WilCo Dem Party Officers. The party leaders will be hosting a town hall at the June EC Meeting.

By many different measures, this past year has been the best year in WilCo Dem history. We have elected 6 Democrats to office throughout the county. We have increased infrastructure by recruiting and training new precinct chairs and adding additional Democratic clubs. We have seen a spike in pride in being a WilCo Dem across the county, and grassroots fundraising is higher than ever before. As we reach the halfway point of our Chair John Bucy’s and the Party Officers 2-year term we are ready to continue to build on this success! We never set out to just win a few races and call it quits. Our mission is to build the infrastructure necessary to ultimately turn the entire county blue.

Join us for a town hall with the Party Chair and Party Officers at our next EC meeting. We will be answering questions, listening to feedback and ideas, and discussing the path forward. Please come with questions and comments for the town hall.
